A deposit of £50 is payable when booking the cottage. After confirming date, deposit should reach us within 7 working
days. If we do not receive a deposit after 7 days then the property will be re- let This is a non-refundable deposit
in the event of any cancellation. Notification of cancellation is required in writing by post. If we are able to
re-let the cottage the deposit will be refunded. Clients who book the cottage within 6 weeks of their arrival date are required
to pay the rental cost in full at the time of booking

The balance of the total rental cost is due 6 weeks before the arrival date. NO REMIDNDERS WILL BE SENT >We
reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met.

The rental is from 1400on the day of arrival to 1000hrs on the day of departure. any variation iof these times is by
prior arrangement only

The client will be responsible for the keys whilst in their possession

Clients should take out their own holiday insurance to cover the period of Honeysuckle Cottage rental

ONLY 2 persons to occupy property, anymore persons and contract will be terminated immediately.

Property to be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise a £50 cleaning charge will be enforced
